Whitney Blair Custom Homes Winfield Update June 21, 2010

This will be our final posting for The Winfield's custom home in River Run. We met with our clients last week to perform a formal walkthru of the home prior to handing the keys over to the proud owners, Dan and Sue. The overall size of this Allison Ramsey-designed home is misleading, working out to approx. 5300 sq ft under roof. The lower level is fully finished with workroom, golf cart and regular garages, bedroom and flexible use space. Via elevator or stairs, the main living area provides great views of the river, with the master, kitchen/dining/living, office located on this level. The 3rd level provides additional bedrooms, bonus room, and extensive storage.
